QPrivAlert provides immediate access to potentially privileged communications

QDiscovery today announced the launch of QPrivAlert, which provides case teams immediate access to and insight about the potentially privileged communications and documents within their dataset, as soon as the documents are published to a Relativity workspace.

QPrivAlert, integrated into the QDiscovery workflow using Relativity Processing, saves case teams time and improves the review process. Case teams get earlier, more relevant insight into potentially privileged communications.

“Our project management team is dedicated to constantly improving our clients’ experience,” says David Barrett, CEO of QDiscovery. “Very little had changed in the privilege review process over the past few years. Everyone had pretty much accepted the process as the standard. Our team recognized we could dramatically improve privilege review within our existing workflow, using Relativity Processing. QPrivAlert is a direct result of our laser focus on customer service to offer solutions before our clients ask for them.”
