Josh Hass has over a decade of industry experience involving electronic discovery, forensics, data analytics, and document review management. As an accomplished electronic discovery and information governance professional, Josh has extensive experience guiding clients and counsel through complex and diverse discovery issues, including the challenges related to data collection and preservation, processing, hosting, document review, production, and disposition. He is well-versed in predictive coding, computer assisted review, and various other computer assisted review techniques, including privileged logging.
Josh provides strategic, operational, and technical consultation to corporate clients and legal counsel pertaining to litigation, investigations, and government discovery responses, particularly supporting information governance, data assurance, eDiscovery, and document review efforts. He has assisted numerous Fortune 500 and AmLaw 100 clients across a large range of industries and is experienced in DOJ, FTC, and SEC matters.
In addition to his technical skills, Josh has familiarity with managing large scale projects and creating and implementing processes to manage eDiscovery costs and risks with attention to maintaining audit ability and defensibility. He also has substantial experience assisting clients with litigation readiness, specifically focusing on document retention policies, along with the development of early case assessment strategies.
Josh is a Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS), Certified eDiscovery Professional (CeDP), and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
