Jonah Paransky brings more than two decades of enterprise software leadership to his role as EVP and general manager of Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions, the market leading spend and matter management organization serving over 450 enterprise customers.

Jonah was brought on board to drive organic and strategic growth for ELM Solutions based on his deep vertical software industry experience and knowledge of the challenges legal operations and claims professionals are facing. His expertise in business operations is particularly vital to corporate legal departments and claims organizations, which are being upleveled within organizations and need the tools to manage their departments for success. He is also well-versed in helping software developers stay ahead of security requirements and compliance issues.

Jonah’s background spans C-level leadership and product and marketing management roles at global Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized enterprises and startups. Throughout his career, Jonah has been successful in developing high-performing teams that have consistently accelerated corporate growth and driven best-in-class outcomes for customers.

He was most recently CEO of SkyTouch Technology, where he led a period of strong growth for the industry’s most widely-used, cloud-based property management solution. Prior to that, he served in multiple executive positions at LexisNexis, including as vice president and managing director for the Business of Law Software Solutions Group. Jonah was responsible for developing LexisNexis’ end-to-end customer experience and strategic direction.

Jonah holds both a B.S. degree in engineering and a B.A. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania. He served in a leadership role as board president for the non-profit Camp Young Judaea in Texas for four years.
