DAVID B. SARNOFF, ESQ. is the founder of Sarnoff Group LLC. David brings almost 20 years of experience and knowledge as an attorney and a legal recruiter to develop an individualized and focused search to assist both candidates and clients.
His approach to recruiting is to guide his candidates through the process with an honest, insightful and objective perspective. David believes that the exchange of accurate information, treated with confidentiality and professionalism, is vital to serving the needs of both clients and candidates.
David also conducts interview coaching and consults in the areas of attorney and law firm recruiting, marketing, branding, business development, and the writing of resumes and business plans. David has given presentations before bar association committees on interviewing, recruiting and marketing.
Prior to founding the Sarnoff Group, David co-founded Morandi, Taub & Sarnoff, LLC, after working at a legal search firm in New York. He placed scores of attorneys from a variety of disciplines at prominent law firms, hedge funds, investment banks and other companies throughout the United States, South America and Europe.
David earlier practiced law at a New York law firm in the areas of complex commercial litigation and white collar defense. He graduated from Rutgers University School of Law and received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Hofstra University. He currently serves as President of his local Board of Education and coaches youth sports.
